A few words about me
I am a science enthusiast who seeks inspiration for life in the findings of scientific research.
Through my scientific research, I strive to explore the processes taking place in the brain and understand how they translate into our behavior. It is a fascinating and deeply engaging pursuit. I share this knowledge in my book, through courses and workshops, as well as in podcasts and articles. I want what usually remains confined to laboratories and complex scientific publications to become part of your everyday life and help you build it on your own terms.

“It is worth taking the risk and entering into a relationship, and then working on it, because in the end, as social beings, we can benefit greatly from it.”
Education and Scientific Work
I completed my doctoral studies at SWPS University, conducting part of my research at University of New South Wales. I specialize in social neuroscience, studying the neural foundations of social relationships and emotions. I gained research experience at prestigious research centers in Germany, the United States, and Australia. I also completed couples therapist training at The Gottman Institute, one of the world’s most influential research centers focused on romantic relationships.
